Couldn't send this via in app feedback. Came up with error. So writing here. Signed up, logged in, completed profile. Cannot access profile etc as it asks me to sign in. Signed in again & again (via Google), says signed in and three dots shows signed in menu. But when trying to access, asks me to sign in again. Never ending circle 🤷🏼‍♀️

Downloaded the app, but it keeps getting me to log in every time I press my profile, explore, tag, and save buttons. Does the same thing when I try to tag somewhere. It also keeps asking me to agree to the terms and conditions and turn on locations. Does this app work, or is it another gimmick

The concept of this app is brilliant. However it seems now that taking a photo is a mandatory step, I understand wanting to increase uptake in photos, but when taking photos indoor we sought permission and got turned away in a lot of instances, because we cannot get past this step to at least add the location tags if we can't take photos we're losing valuable information. I'd love to see some possibility of at least getting to the answers if we really can't get a photo.

good concept, bad execution. I can't add info on places the app doesn't already consider a venue. the map glitches and hard to use. the way you tag venues is over complicated and annoying. id suggest that users are able to tag new venues and that instead of the questionnaire that isnt super easy to use, users could type a quick description and add tags (ie: 2 stories, step free entrance, elevators and lifts inside, no parking, wide doors, brightly lit) and add photos.

both the map and interface glitches out pretty often, the venues are really difficult to search for and don't show up most of the time. it took me some time to figure out how to find and rate venues. despite that it's a great idea so i look forward to new updates!!

In app feedback no currently working - please can you add 'Hotel' to venue type. Also, would it be possible to add tags without having to a photo. Thank you.

Fantastic for disabled and neurodiverse people. I use this to add places so that other disabled people can see what facilities a place have and also to plan my visits to places where it has been mapped already. It's the essential guide for disabled people! You can socialise and not have a worry if you can get into a place 👍🏼

Excellent resource for anyone with a disability. Great that it gives you the details to allow you to make a choice if a venue is suitable for you and your needs rather than say it is or isn't accessible. Good too that you can add your own tags and the company are great to get involved with!
