Update 4-Nov-2020: I shared my concern with the team through the email address they shared in the response and they did help me recover the missing points in my account. I have updated the rating now from 1/5 to 3/5 due to the good customer support received. The app UI isn't very attractive and needs a lot of improvement. The rewards are also not useful and most of them are US based service companies like law firms etc. which I feel is not useful to the common person like me. The location service is also buggy and it auto sets to some incorrect location near your current location and cannot be modified. Previous Review: I found the app to be worthless. The app worked well for few days and now it@ dead. No quiz questions show up, nothing works! The only thing to do in the app was to answer quiz questions every hour. This is totally in contrast to what the app is described as some location based challenges. The options to redeem points are also useless and irrelevant to the regular folks. The app shouldn't have been launched until it was fully functional and all features worked. I am angry and disappointed now.
