It always disconnects but for the past 3 weeks or so has just stop working completely. It picks up the transmitter then just disconnects and never reconnects. I have rang Dexcom followed all direction and nothing fixes it. Update - completely dose not work, lucky it still works on my pump. Please can the Android app be fix, it's been months.

The app is generally ok, it does what it meant to do. My only frustration is when upgrading to a new phone there are compatibility issues. You would have thought that a company the size of Dexcom could arrange a better working relationship with the large phone manufacturers to arrange for testing to be done before new phones are released. Otherwise we are restricted from taking advantage of launch deals on new phones.

The Dexcom app along with the clarity app have been great for the 2 years I have used them. I have just upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S25, which is not compatible. Please can you sort this issue!! Why do you need 2 separate apps for Dexcom and Clarity? I will update my review once you have sorted the compatibility issue. I am even more upset to find that the G7 and One+ are compatible, yet the G6 is not. Will this be changing or do I have to find an alternative CGM?

It is very inaccurate when compared to my blood monitor. It's actually quite dangerous when showing very I accurate readings at the lower level. I basically can't trust it. The lags that are reasonably to be expected can be up to 15 minutes before with my blood monitor. This make it virtually useless and dangerous. The graph does not have important values on either axes! It shows coloured bands on the but not needed numerical values around 4. I spend a lot of time guessing. Quite useless.

Incompatible with 2 different phones I've had, both meeting the Android 9 minimum requirement. I need this app on my phone to pair with an Omnipod 5 to create a closed loop but I cannot do that!!! In response to the reply, I know where the list is, and it's a useless list. There's only 1 brand I'm interested in and that's Huawei/HONOR and the phone listed is 6yrs old. I am not getting a phone 6yrs old to use this. It needs to work on way more phones, sort it out

Data view is good, which is more than can be said for the battery life! Have to charge my phone three times in a day, not earth the hassle, don't use! This is my second time trying to use it on my Samsung S21. Even though the alarms have been switched off by me, they still vibrate. A terrible piece of tech that is supposed to help not hinder those who live with T1D, never again for me!

Brilliant! Been using it about 6 months now with no problems with app or device. Very accurate, haven't lost signal, app runs smoothly on my Samsung Galaxy A10. I have some ideas however to improve it further. Dark mode. Ability to add more info in events like type of bolus. Lots more updates! I still can't update my phone and choices of phones is very poor. But all in all I love it. It's a real game changer. Much better than other cgms I've used. My time in range & hba1c are so much better!

I moved from libre because the pump requires dexcom, but it's much worse, but if I could only point 1 thing is the fact that the upper limit of the graph is 22. Yes, we should strive for under that but the reality is we go over sometimes, and we need to know how much to compensate. Libre does 27 which seems adequate. The UI is weird to use which many people mention, and I always get a warning when I open the app, even though I can't do anything about it. Going back to Libre as soon as possible.
