I've used this app for a long time. Takes a while to get used to its quirks, but overall ok. Recently though, I've been having issues where it won't allow me to customize pizza toppings. I like a Works pizza plus black olives, but I have to ask for them in the comments. Changing the toppings is even offered as an option!

App told me it was ready for pickup and it wasn't at all. I had checked in through the app, but still had to go inside to figure out what was happening with my food. Why have tracking if it's not accurate? Also, add a back button or another cart option. It was frustrating hitting back to look at the previous page and it went to the main screen again. All I wanted to do was go to the cart.

This app is a hot mess. Navigation is counterintuitive, and getting it to accept a credit card is almost impossible. Why can every other app on my phone and every website work with Google to auto fill my CC#, but this one freezes if I try it? Not a review of the food though, that part is amazing.

Menu is easy to navigate and place orders. My only complaint is that once the order is placed and I start tracking it, after a few minutes I get a "session expired" message, and can no longer track my order, would like the session to last until I receive my delivery.

The app may be OK I don't know but the pizza was very subpar. I ordered a take n bake and brought it home and baked it and I might as well been eating cardboard. very little sauce, very little toppings little cheese, little flavor. they advertise themselves as Minnesota style pizza and it was actually a big waste of money I'm going for haggie's frozen pizza from now on better than Davanni. And 1/3 of the cost

Between 3 separate Davanni's NOT 1 will tell me which delivers to my address!! Eden Prairie, Eagan or Bloomington! So unfortunately they have lost, along with 15 others that I know of! The Bloomington evening Manager is EXTREMELY rude, we REFUSE to dine-in or even take-out! Much less use Uber eats or Grubhub! It TRULY is unfortunate because we ALL have a favorite item on the menu. 🤦🏽♀️

Out of all the apps I have used, this one has to be the worst. Just call in the order it's not worth the aggravation. App keeps crashing, then start from scratch each time.

Apparently, my address, which is 3 years old now, can't be found... why? Uninstalled. Whatever is blocking it does no good. I was hoping to use the app for delivery so I can tip sense I don't carry cash. Unfortunate.
