A Google user
This app, while useful and topnotch as I started using it, over time became sluggish and buggy and has come to have a mind of its own. It won't scroll down to earlier tests, and when I do a restricted date search, it does not follow. Hard headed. And nothing is being done to improve it. Update: Months after promised update, supposedly in August (if it really did happen), still have not seen any improvement. Just scrolling thru my history to access dates I wanted, I have difficulty doing.

Very nice app. I especially love the database of different kinds of lab tests. Its desciption even includes the prep needed prior to the test. Found a bit of a display issue with the cumulative results view though. When scrolling down on a CBC result, the view also scrolls to the right, thus only showing the rightmost column at the very last line of the lab test.

I have been constantly using this app for 3 years now and didn't hvae problems downloading my test results. How come this time when I download my test results, an empty file is saved and there is no option to even print/save the cumulative results. Why change some things that have been perfectly working already

I found out a bug where instead of receiving the user or password is incorrect the response was unable to connect, please connect to internet which makes us user confuse please do some proper testing before you update the app. What i did was change the password and able to login in the app. Also please allow user to use email address in logging in. PS. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR UI. its outdated. Invest with your app its a nice feature and way more useful during urgent times.

Home Service - It would have been better if there were options to type in names of patients, nearest clinic location, packages/lab tests to take, and if possible, to attach doctor's referrals instead of waiting for callbacks to dictate all of that info. Regular patients like me most often than not can't read a doctor's hand writing. One of the reasons why also their hotline is busy all the time and waiting times are soooo long!

I am to check the imaging and lab results and all I get is Permision Denied. Even clicking on the preview, download, or email options. I prefer the email process they have when the resulta are available on their website

The previous version was better. Now this app does not work pretty well. Permission Denied when downloading results. Permission has been manually set and granted in the Permission Settings and still Permissin denied. You should updated the web developer app

1st time I installed this on Nov 2023 bec their website wouldn't let me download the online result via phone browser. I txted the branch to ask to reupload file but they suggested I dl this app instead. Reading reviews I thought it's useless but sure why not. No surprise I get the same error regardless of all permissions granted. Sent email to info@hp etc., but got no reply. This company is great w/ medical services but to be #1 online all staff shld listen to customers & improve website/app.
