Beth is a great person with appropriate knowledge to do her job well. She is a good people person I totally enjoy seeing!! When my blood pressure was high she hesitated to do our exercises. I could see her wrestling with herself and did the right thing and contacted my One Medical group. I and my med team worked on controlling the problem most of the day. BETH made the right call.

Excellent app for working with your therapist. Each exercise can be explained so you can do them on your own, and then record which ones you've done. It also reminds/mildly nags you to keep doing them.

The physical therapy I received was fine. However, their billing department is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. They had my card on file and failed to chargee for my first visit then hounded me for months to pay it, sending letters. I paid via check and they continued to send letters and attempt to charge my card for weeks afterwards even though I told them they had cashed my check weeks ago and just kept saying "we'll look into it". The check had "paid in full" in the memo so their attempts were illegal.

The program that you present is very good it's a good round about way of the body and the different parts but for me it's also very important because I am in constant pain and have difficulty in doing this but I find these things to be easier but not too easy so thank you

Can not set password for 2 weeks. Two of your techs tried to help & could not figure it out. I can only receive my exercises through email. I cannot open or get access to the app. Therefore, I gave it a one star

The phone intake interview was fine. But I was put off for a long time before someone picked up my name. The gal who was supposed to be my physical therapist left Luna, but I was never told that!! Overall, the app gets 5 stars. But I have no idea how to do ANYTHING except open it. I would like to know how to track my progress.

EXTREMELY pleased with my therapist. She was able to identify and help me work on an issue that developed after surgery. An issues even the Drs. couldn't figure out! She is open to any needed adjustments...push me harder or back off Impressed with the easy ability to check my appointments, exercises and short reminder videos, easy and quick communication! Soo impressed I requested the same therapist for this second surgery and, once again, am having great healing results!

This was a terrible experience. Waited two weeks from my first appointment, no call, no show. Therapist blamed the app. Second appointment, spoke directly with the therapist about coming and she committed. No call, no show. Then my communication with the concierge (presumably their home office) was erased. I rarely write apps but went out of my way to do so. It's a good idea, terrible execution.
