The app is clunky and poorly designed. 75% of the main screen is taken up by rotating ads. There's no ability to access favorite orders, even though the website has that functionality. Also, fix your Android icon! What year is this?! Why is your icon a black square inside a white circle? Instructions on how to create a proper Android app icon are readily available on the internet.

App provides ordering ahead which is a great convenience for me, but has several deficiencies. 1: The app is always drawn at full brightness and displays at precedence over Twilight, so it distorts my screens colors. 2: The app is not resized for all screens, so the order history log is cut off, and does not allow scrolling. 3: The App does not remember order history. 4: If an ingredient ordered is unavailable, it does not tell your which one Galaxy S4 with Android 5.0.1 Kernel 3.4.0 Verizon

The app is great! ...when it works. If you're not getting error messages, you're staring at an eternal loading screen and vice versa. App is visually appealing and has a crisp, clean look. But gosh darn it can be frustrating to use, to the point that I just give up sometimes and order from someplace else.

Tried to register a new account but when sliding the birthday month it kept reverting to February - the reviews are real... I'll try the website Edit: i actually reached out to the support email listed and got extremely helpful and kind assistance. It turned out you have to set birth year FIRST on the wheel when registering, or ypu can't picka a month that's in the future in the default current year. App runs smoothly it seems with that figured out.

This app is a nightmare. For starters it doesn't recognize your rewards account even when using the proper information. As an example, my account uses my cell number, and I know they have it in my account because I get a text lettimg me know my order has been placed, so why does it not recognize my cell number as the login for my rewards account? It often just hangs up when you open it, and many times when you are halfway through an order it just stops working. The app sucks!

They just revamped the app, and it's prettier but still buggy. You can't reorder a meal with rice noodles - you have to recreate it every time. If you're doing curbside pickup, you need to describe your car every time, it doesn't save. And if you switch apps for a minute, it forgets your order, empties your cart, and you have to start over.

Restaurant is great app is not so much. I registered at the kiosk in the Wyomissing PA store, which was a great experience, by the way. Downloaded the app for future orders and can't log in. Tells me my credentials are wrong. So I changed the password, and it's still the same thing. I contacted support, but nothing so far. Can you guys assist and can you guys provide a phone number to actually call, instead of waiting on an email.

App clears ordered if minimized and increases prices... There are too many issues with this app the first being that if you're in the middle of placing an order with the drop-downs for one of the meals, if you minimize it clears it completely and you have to redo everything. The second issue which is much worse is that if you look at your previous orders, the prices will be up around $3 or so. If you go into each meal and modified the price drops back down.
