It works, but could be way better. Booking a single session takes multiple taps in unintuitive places scattered across the screen, and booking multiple sessions at the same time is impossible so each session needs to booked individually, and the slow, ugly process needs to repeated for each session. Highlighting multiple gym slots so you can book all at the same time would be a major improvement, as would removing the number of 'are you sure?' confirmations each time.

Very inconvenient, difficult to keep switching between parent and child memberships. Can't book swimming sessions for both together without booking each one separately and logging out to switch accounts in between. Can't login to Home Portal. Login details stop working, resetting doesn't work and locks the account.

It's fine to book up classes and gym sessions but that's all. It could have so much more. It could cover nutrician, information on the human anatomy, mental health, obesity, supplements etc etc etc

I like the app as it gives me the information that l need to book appropriate swimming sessions, showing how many others will likely be in the pool at the same time. Staff are friendly and helpful.

It's an ok app but I don't understand why I need an internet connection and allow the app to change system settings just to be able to access my membership card so that I can enter the gym.

Absolutely fine, apart from its refusal to use stored details - card number, address, email, etc. It's a massive ballache having to manually enter all my creds EVERY SINGLE TIME I book for my non-member friend.

Overall excellent. Makes booking and cancelling really easy at a range of sites. Wish I could turn off some of the notifications permanently though (might be I just haven't worked out how to doit?).

Used to be great before lockdown when I could actually access the timetable to my centre that I have membership for, but since then Goldenstones is no longer on the list. The only app available on the Goldenstones app is for apple users, which sucks for me with my android... so I've uninstalled.
