If you are having trouble signing up with the terms and conditions page; once on that page, double tap the page (or on the bottom white bar - not sure which). That will then somehow bring up the "accept terms" checkbox you have to check. You will then be able to continue sign up. Sign up is an issue, I will update review once this is resolved and more intuitive.

I am visiting Nassau and do not want to walk to a grocery store tonight so I found the Kraven app, signed up, entered order, and had it delivered. Only hurdle was figuring out that I needed to scroll to bottom of Terms page and click the agree box. The address for the vacation rental I am staying in was not automatically populated and editing that field is not easy. I suggest allowing users to enter actual address instead of populating it automatically.

Too many times I've ordered thinking an establishment is open but it's closed and they keep your funds on the app. Sometimes they have items listed not available when they are. Customer service is hard to contact and they inflate their prices. I had an order two days in a row where it was wrong or the driver left out something specifically stated to deliver and with no compensation or alternative. Good concept at best but really need to do better it's too expensive for the mistakes they make.

I am an avid user of Kraven. While the old app was outdated and could use modernization, this new app is absolutely ridiculous and ineffective. I've had more unsuccessful attempts with trying to order with the new app in the first few months of its existence than the entire time with the old one. Right now, it's not loading and I've been attempting to order food for the past 50 minutes and so has my sister. You're going to lose business from this. Go back to the old app until you can fix this!

Very poor execution for an app. Took about 5 minutes to set up an account because it kept having an issue with my password but wouldn't tell me what, doesnt seem to like special characters.... Super secure. Then once I got my order together and tried to set my address it wouldn't work. I could key in all my info but the "Address" field wouldn't work, kept taking me to a map and when I would select my location and hit the check mark it did nothing and left the address field blank.

The delivery drivers for Kraven are wonderful. Everyone has been extremely nice and they get my food to me fast. Something I'd like to see the developers consider is the ability to tip a driver afterwards, I like to tip cash as I want to tip after the service has been provided. Although, I often forget and feel bad when some people go above and beyond to give you a good experience. May it's possible to add this in the driver review section.

Awesome experience with this app - estimated times to delivery are extremely accurate, you can track the drivers GPS and contact them directly. The only concern I would address is that sometimes the restaurants do not follow instructions in the notes section. Otherwise I intend to make full use of this app for home and work! Thanks Kraven.

The app is mediocre at best. Unable to get pass otp Everytime I try to set up the app. I've noticed that quite a few people have mentioned that issue as well,and since the bug is not rectified, leaves me to believe that either the company has no interest in fixing the problem or lack the capacity to do so. The only solution I see being provided by the company is to contact them on their social media.
