Love the food, amazing, app not so much. I noticed some kind of upcharge glitch, specifically for sides, where the price is already set, but you can't check out until you make an option, when you make an option, the price is doubled. I checked the online menu as well as other locations, it is not almost $11 for a large side, like the app claims it to be. I would definitely fix this, or switch hosts, because it will draw people away. No one likes unnecessary upcharges.

The new app is unspeakably horrible - a huge step backward, even from the old app, which was already pretty garbage. It didn't help that I had to reset my account in a ghost interface on my PC. When I finally got logged in, I tried to place an order in the app but when I add an item to the cart, the app flipped out and did some weird scrolling thing for about 30 seconds. I guess if I want some fried chicken, I'm better off just driving there.

Absolute garbage app. You'd think they would have worked out all the bugs with logging in/account creation when they implemented this newer app, but you can't even get past the account registration screen because it just loads forever and wastes your time. Even after clearing the app data cache. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Happily taking my business elsewhere.

Will start by saying Lee's is superior to every other fried chicken chain out there. Unfortunately their app is not, to say the least. You cannot use the rewards unless you are physically at the store, completely negating the point of it being on the app in the first place. The location selection isn't accurate either, which is problematic since you have to choose a store before you order. The app is unusable, to put it simply.

Downloaded the app for the rewards, but it is now stuck on the page that asks you to pick your favorite location, however my city is nowhere in that list, and I don't want to pick a random location, but the app is stuck on that page and will not allow me to move away from it to do anything else within the app until I select a location. For that reason, I am giving this one star and would give it negative if I was allowed because I haven't even had a chance to use the app or loyalty program.

First, make your rewards redeemable within the app like most other restaurant apps. Second, make a more clear indication of which locations are "participating locations". I can order ahead at my local Lee's but they do not accept my birthday reward, they do not communicate that until you get to the window to pay, and they don't offer an explanation as to why.

The app doesn't work. Continual loop of choose your restaurant, order now, choose your restaurant, order now... And honestly the Milan TN store doesn't work any better than the app. Terrible service, over priced food, cannot get an order right to save their lives...

Update. Downloaded the new app and can't log in. Tried to change password but I never received an email. The app is still pointless... This app is really good for nothing. None of the stores have the capability to scan the QR in the app and the receipts never have a QR or QR number to enter in manually. The employees and managers are all clueless about how to use the app.
