Worked great until the update. Now I can't get logged in, even after a password reset. It asks me for my phone number and date of birth. Once I enter it says the phone number is already taken. No duh, it's for my app that you are forcing me to update! Then the app doesn't respond at all. It only "supercharges" rewards if you can actually use the app. The employee in the store terrific and provided excellent service given the issues with the app.

This app is awful. The sandwich selections don't have a description, so you've got to guess what's on it by looking at a picture, there's no option to just build a basic sandwich, the app will let you get all the way through designing your sub before it tells you that a certain condiment is unavailable, so you have to go back in and redo your whole order without that item, and dont leave your orderand go to another app while its open- you'll lose your whole order...what a mess.

Incredibly frustrating application. Cannot reorder anything. The icon just keeps spinning and app locks up. Cannot save your order as a favorite because it doesn't recognize the order details and thinks there's nothing in your items list despite a complete order with sandwiches, chips, and drinks selected. What's the point of having the app when you cannot reorder anything and have to type it in over and over again. L

App doesn't work. Made an order and hit Buy Now. Nothing happened. Tried again, twice, same behavior. Can't find any way to actually place an order. Also hard to use. For example, the menu offers all the subs, but labels them only by number. Who remembers what Classic Sub #14 contains!? Web site ordering is much better, and actually results in you getting food. The app is useless. You can do better....

3 minutes trying to use this app and it is absolutely HORRIBLE. All subs are listed with a picture and number, so you have to click into each one to find the one you want. Customizing anything is a joke. Once you actually figure out how to, you don't know if everything is correct until after it's in the basket and you can see what is listed there. Made a mistake? Well, now you have to do it all over again. After trying 4 times to make one customized sandwich, I gave up. Absolute garbage app.

love the app would give 5 stars if it would include option to upgrade drink to large and also option to have bread toasted

Apart from the very occasional glitch this is a fantastic app, it runs smoothly and any problems can be worked through with fairly common sense easily. Having your favorite orders saved is amazing and makes things really quick and easy.I honestly don't know if the points work or do anything we never use them but they're an interesting feature as well ☺️

Works...but right now it isn't taking ANY debit or credit card I've tried. Regardless if its visa or mastercard. Please fix this!!! Update: 11/22/24 - Still won't take my debit or credit cards...I've lost faith in the developers to care about their work on this app
