Doesn't give rewards, just collects points. We eat at the restaurant 3 to 5 tomes per week. 2000+ points earned in 4 months, no rewards.... Edit: stopped counting points in August, 2024. Too bad that the company doesn't care. Might have to find a new place to go.

I have visited this restaurant on multiple occasions. I always give the server my phone number to collect rewards for my visit. My visits have not been captured at all while visiting the establishment. Also when trying to order through the app it's asked for zip code to find location and it keep telling me no locations can be found but we have a restaurant in the city that I live in. Very disappointed

The app is great! The only function I would like to see changed is you automatically get points for ordering off the app and paying. I never get points when ordering and paying on the app. We have frequented there 12 times since Sept and not able to get points.

The app is very buggy. It does not update points even though the system at the restaurant shows more points with rewards. I have visited at least a dozen times this year, and it still shows 1 visit with only 70 points

We have had a great experience at both Walk-On's we've visited. Just wish they had mentioned the app the first time we went. Everything we had was fresh and delicious. Actually considering driving 40 minutes to go to one today.

Walk-Ons has the worst app. I log into the app and it will show my name, but then it tells me to join their loyalty program to get promos. It's so frustrating bc we gi to Walk-On's all the time but can't take advantage of earning points or the promos.

First time with this establishment! From check in to dessert everything went smoothly. Our waitress, Deja, explained everything to us, so we made excellent choices. The duck and andoulli soup was superb. I did receive a small cheese fries for signing up for your rewards program, and again delicious. The best was the chicken berry salad, huge and a gastronomic success. A superb blend of all good healthy fruits and vegetables. I am glad I found you! Now we need one I Gulfport, MS.

The app needs to be fixed... doesn't find a location even though I'm sitting IN the restaurant and you can't check in anymore... we are regulars here and although the food and servers are excellent, no rewards are being obtainable therefore we may seek other establishments
