The app's UI is pretty buggy. The map thinks I'm in Denver, CO, but I'm not close to there. I gave up ordering my first try. On my second try, I was able to pick a location and start an order. On checkout, it automatically added a 30% tip, which is pretty high for a single takeout sandwich. Tipping is mandatory through the app, you must tip 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, or 10%. If the ordering experience wasn't so painful, I wouldn't be so bothered, but since it's mandatory, this is just a processing fee

Terrible app, lost my appetite trying to figure out how to place an order. I was going through the menus for a half hour trying to place a pickup order for two sandwiches. Andvthen I finally got it to respond to checkout, the floating cart icon was blocking the "add a payment card" button. So I gave up. Quiznos is always amazing but the app is terrible.

Terrible app. All it's really good for is looking at the menu, searching locations, and getting special offers. When you place an order through the app there is nowhere to check order status or order history, nor do you get a receipt so you don't know if the order went through or not. Then when you go to pick up order one hour later they make the sub on the spot instead of having it ready. This app needs major improvement to be useful.

The interface is a touch clunky, but not too bad. Keep in mind you cannot search for nearby restaurants per the ZIP code, but by the street address, city, or state. Using your location will allow for the app to automatically filter restaurants closest to you. Overall, not bad! *Update* After noticing multiple people complaining of navigating the menu, there is a small red arrow on the right side of the screen next to the headlining special the app is advertising. Tap this to view the full menu!

Never have I ever experienced a more unfriendly user experience in a food app. It says I'm logged in but when I go to place an order it asks me to login AGAIN which fine, whatever, but then after asking me SIX CAPTCHAS IN A ROW it tells me password is wrong. I try to reset and after I click that link that JUST got sent and attempt to reset it says "too many failed attempts" or even more ridiculously "reset link expired" how could it expire when it hasn't even been a minute??

Good god this is why you went out of business. The app does not load at all if you use a vpn for privacy, probably because they want to sell all the data they can from you Ancient ui, the ordering section of the app is just a webpage that doesnt realize youre using the app or signed in, you go to sign in, it takes you to your facebook timeline so you hit back to go back to the order right? No, it deleted your cart and you have to order again, but then go to checkout and it fails to load. Kys

Quiznos has completely gone downhill and I rarely, if ever, give them business anymore due to this. Over the last few years I have yet to receive any offers and absolutely no birthday sub offer. I've expected it every year and have been disappointed to perpetually have nothing in my account. Good luck trying to ever get anyone to reply to inquiries. I'm constantly ignored despite contacting them several times a year for assistance. Absolutely no customer care or support! Seriously unprofessional
