**almost 2 years later and this app finally works!! It works very well now!!** This thing downloaded with glitches. The "loading" circle constantly flashes and can interfere with being able to click things and makes the apps reaction time slower and annoying. It just made me take up more phone storage space that im almost out of... "For bug fixes" and its still EXACTLY THE SAME! 😠 No fix at all. More space wasted.

I'm really grateful that the app developers are actively making improvements to the app and reading and replying to user reviews. The recent update fixed a long-term issue related to a location requirement. I'd still like to see an option to register multiple people at a time, but the recent fix has significantly reduced the number of clicks to do this now. One additional issue still pops up related to how users are registered for events through the website, sometimes creating duplicate users.

Meh... this app chooses when to work and when not to work... it keeps giving me the software caused a connection interruption... and wont load any of my curriculum... i have a black belt test coming up in December... and need to study as much as possible!!! I dont get to atudy everyday... bc od my work schedule... but when im able to... i get maybe 3 patterns deep...and the problems start... please fix this... *Edit* they fixed it... but the response took over a year... smh. 3 stars remain.

Update: The self check-in issue is fixed, and all is good. The app was working fine until a couple of days ago—now it seems that self check-in is busted and doesn't record attendance unless an admin does it for me.

The app has been inconsistently recording my class check-ins. It hasn't recorded about 16 classes this month.

Update: App now works again but can't change from my daughter to son unless I sign out. If I'm originally logged in and on my son, I can change to my daughter fine just not from daughter to son.

Was working fine and since yesterday the videos will not play, uninstalled and installed so many times and nothing same in my son phone, nothing!

This app is completely unusable. It loads but then the screen is frozen and you can't click on anything. I've had it for about 2 months now and have not been able to get it to work even once.
