The app won't allow me to connect to my Tami 4 edge water bar. I go through the setup, scan the QR code, enter the WiFi password, I see that the water bar connected to my wifi successfully (on the bar itself) and the app fails to identify it on the network. I attempted with multiple phones and multiple WiFi networks. And of course customer service on the phone is impossible to reach due to long wait times. Additionally, during the entire setup process the camera is in use, heating up my phone.

Overall, the application is poorly made, e.g. no opportunity to manage multiple users or define exact amount or temperature, just a slider from cold to hot. Tami4 is not able to connect to Wifi unless decreasing security (and one need to guess it by oneself, no useful errors from the application), and without wifi none of the expensive bar's custom features can be used.

Poor UI and UX. Not a very advanced experience for a 2021 product. A smart home product with no integration with smart home assistants, which is very odd. The app feels more like a PR stunt rather than actual care for the user's experience.

After connection of Tami4 to router, it can not be connected to Tami4 IoT server, so you can not use this app at all! There are a lot of complains of other people, tried to connect without sucess! Very frustrating app! Also customer services help can not be reached "because of too much load"!

Can't connect. Uninstalled, reinstalled app. Can't even reconfigure the app to make there isn't an error in the configuration. Not worth the time and stress.

App is broken! You better stay away from this edge device as some of it functionalities enforce you to go through the app, and you really don't want to with how this app behaves.
