App is not even opening after update. Click through from SMS message does not go directly to app. It either goes to the Google Play Store and then the app, which is now stuck on the flash page, or now on 2nd try with the SMS, goes to the website.

Absolute scum bags. Bought VIP tickets to see Steve Aoki March 23rd who didn't show up. Club said he bailed last minute. Asked for a refund and was told that my bar cards were both used (complete lie) and there I only got 43 of over 200 dollars back. TAO takes no accountability for their talent not. showing, instead steal money from patrons who OF course had 2 drinks waiting for Aoki. Absolute worst.

Never got my ticket! Tao Group requires this app to receive our event ticket. But it never got sent to the app! AVOID this at all cost!

It's a beautiful app but that's it. (1) It fowards you into 3rd party apps/ websites to get anything done. (2) The rewards could be more generous.
