Freddy's is known for two things, 1. Thin fries that get cold after a moment and 2. A bad app. Nothing has changed. Freddy's app is now just a reframing of their website and it is still a pretty awful app with an unintuitive interface. For starters they have a big Order button at the bottom of every screen that does nothing. I'm still trying to understand what the Order button does. The app also closes if you touch the back button on your phone. It's comically dumb.

The app won't let me scan to earn points it just goes to a blank page. Claims I don't have points when I've been to freddys twice In the last month. And it won't let me put in my birthday or my favorite location. This app is complete trash. I used to be able to use it and then a few months ago it just stopped working!

The app lags and it is extremely difficult to place orders and log in. Apparently, the app doesn't let you sign into your account with a saved password. You have to manually type out your password and only then does it let you into your account. I changed my password over 5 times because I thought I had it wrong, but I literally just used my saved password! It was so annoying 😑

Absolutely horrific app, makes me never want to order from here again. The app wouldn't let me sign in to my account upon multiple attempts and even a changed password. It took forever to add anything to the cart. The app was unresponsive to half of my touches. The cart reloaded several times as I was attempting to check out, which would start me over. It took me 20+ minutes to make a mobile order for 2 people. I'm absolutely baffled.

Lagged responses. Entering order is so slow that it's painfully difficult to complete because you have to wait forever to see if it actually recognizes your selection so you end up tapping more times then required and accidentally make incorrect selections. No issues with any other food apps, just Freddy's. Have to order way ahead of time to make sure your meal is not delayed. ****Update, 1.5 yrs since reporting, same problem with the app. Doesn't seem anyone cares.

For months (well over a year), this app has consistently not worked. I'm surprised I still even bother trying. The profile page says I'm logged in, but every other page in the app acts as if I'm logged out. Thus, I've never actually got or used points for any visit in the last couple years.

Only app I've had that instructs u 2 uninstall the old version & then install the new version. Do you know what happens when u remove an app? U also remove ur login info. Followed instructions after reporting that a reward I got an email about was never added 2 my account & getting a reply saying 2 update the app & couldn't log in. Clicked forgot password 10 days ago, still no email. Also no reply to CS email reporting this. Rewards r the only thing that make overpriced SteaknShake worth buying

The food is good, but the app has failed me. It won't allow me to enter and save my birthday info or favorite location.. . To make it worse, the app has not saved any of my points, and I haven't been able to scan the qr code or add loyalty summary points using the barcode after. Help!
