At first I like it because they have lots of voucher..BUTTT next time I buy it and it's turned wrong location and it's Can't cancel ❌ either CAN'T CHANGE LOCATION 🥺😭😭..AND even can't refund money back .. what app is this!! I hope tealive can improve about this.. Even not my fault may be

In certain states, the shop is close from 12.30pm to 2.30pm. BUT THE APP STILL ALLOW THE ORDER TO BE PLACED. Then there's no function to cancel the order. The CS informed that: "our policy does not allow a cancellation, so we will process a refund manually by giving the refund form." Then in the refund form they mentioned: "refund request will require up to 14-30 working days*. (excluding weekends and public holidays)." Trash policy! Just improve your system to follow the operation hours!

REORDER MADE MY ORDER WRONG!I ordered every week for a non sugar beverage manually by app. By manually meaning picking beverage from menu, add to cart and pay. So on 20 Oct, I was in a hurry and thought of using the REORDER feature. The REORDER has cloned my previous order for my purchase (non sugar option included). I cross checked before payment. An hour later I went to pick up my order at STATION 18. THE DRINKS HAVE SUGAR. THE STAFF DECLINED ME A REFUND EVENTHOUGH IT WAS AN ERROR FROM THE APP

Multiple time occurs to me. The order was pick up but not being delivered directly. The delivery agent was pick up other orders and keep our delivery in waiting. When ask the driver, they keep mentioning that need to choose direct delivery. The apps dont have it please they bluffing you. Whatsapp and messager was not helping at all. Worst apps ever.

Bad application. I install this because i thought it would be more efficient ane convenient ordering from their app and the app look good. However, up til today, my order were canceled because "no rider available" (tealive lumut) . And the worst thing is, the only payment method is by topup into their wallet. And I regret doing so because i cant withdraw it back to my bank account. Please avoid using this app. Ask the customer service also cant do anything. Worst app!

Why made app when it's not functioning? Placed pick up order and came to the shop. They said they didn't receive it and i had to wait for them the make it for me. This happened twice! Might as well just order at the shop. Placed delivery order and it was cancelled! Just delete this lousy apps

When want to check out, the only payment option is top up and yet after top up, failed to checkout due to poor performance. So how to get refund for the creditts? Can provide another payment option so that I can stop the ordering if the apps is not performing?

I'm missing my order, it says delivered but I didn't get anything, I attach a contact number for the rider to contact but he didn't, who did he gave it to, cause it says delivered, what's the point I put a contact if he doesn't call it? And just leave at some door without any confirmation? C'mon up your service, this is common delivery service practice!
