'Sleep late' is the solution
• Clear representation of the 'authorised' waking up time.
• The device is switched off - only a few percent of battery is necessary.
• It is not possible to exit the app without a pin code.

Restriction of the lite version
The start night time and end night time are set to 20:00 / 7:30. They cannot be modified in the lite version.
