App had quirks the first few days I had it but it seems like they have been sorted out. Overall very convenient to use. Easy to view checkouts, holds, and renew books. Looking forward to using the function to scan barcodes of books to see if they're available at the library.

So, I got State Perth Plastic Card with bar code in my name and address. In instructions, it say do not enter your Surname, your password will be T*****. I download State Library App. It asking me to scan bar code. It doesn't work at all. I am entering my number manually as asked, it is asking me for PIN. I did never set up pin but trying word T***** which I was given in letter.. I am getting message Member not recognised, please contact staff at your Local library..
