I like that the mediations vary in time length so you can do a 5 minute one some days and when you have more time the longer ones. Fleur has a very calming voice and always makes me feel relaxed. This is a great meditation app with a variety of focuses, such as gratitude, awareness and connection. You also have the option to listen to them with or without music that I've not seen before. There are also other guided mindful practices like guided writing you can do. Fleur is a favourite meditation teacher of mine - her meditations get me to such a quiet spot that is a valuable part of my every day. Thank you for this beautiful app!
