Needs a much better onboarding method than a sketchy text message out of the blue with a random link - that's exactly how phishing works, and it's only after committing and starting to sign up that you prove the app is legit by showing info you already know. Don't send out random messages and emails, just get hospital administrators to be the ones to send out the link, much safer that way.
