My RCH Portal app gives RCH patients and families easy access to the information they need to manage their healthcare.It connects you directly with information in your RCH medical record, when and where you need it. You can use it to:

It's been more 5 business and still have not received my username and password for the app. I have called the number on the app only to be told to email a different email address. haven't received an email back. sent another email to submission as they ask for you to send your drivers licence to sent this up. so far very disappointed.

Our past appointments and infusions or treatments are no longer stored. It was a handy reference and I really would appreciate it being available

Was advised by RCH that i could see my childs medical info. 1 day later, there is still no data in the app. Whats the point if the data is not there or stale.
