The app Was getting better with the updates... but the in app "link" that sends you to the app store for an update, on multiple occasions it did not list an update option, I then had to close the app, go onto the app store manually, and update from there, also the camera function for still photos is rubbish, very poor quality and no focus ability.

Very bad app. Freezes so many times.. A Lot of options need to be updated with regards to Menu Pricing. Along with Dents, scratches and windshield, TYRE sizes are also directly visible could've been added in first step-inventory collection step. 28-9-2020-Even after several updates the videos don't get updated, the vhc photos disappear after updating. The spare tire option even after telling that full size spare tire exists still asks for tire size. The app crashes the mobile randomly.

It's mandatory in the work that I do to use this app. Really hated it in beginning we started using this app. It's like anything new in life that you need to do on top what you already have to do. As Time passed using it, it's saved me more than anything. The customer can't argue proof of a picture or video. It keeps a great trail of history of previous work that was done. They have only improve the app as time gone past. FIVE STAR'S ALL THEWAY.

Too many unhandled errors and crashes. worst part, you can't select multiple pictures to insert at once, instead, you got to select each and every photo one by one. terrible and inefficient app development.

Needs updating bad every time i use it i spend most of my time loggin into the app again as soon as i go out of it i lose all the login on my screen its like i have never used it before the way it deleting the site code an everything all the time an i constantly have to keep trying to log in about 4 times as it keeps saying my login wrong but then takes it on the 4th or 5th go

If it ain't broke, don't fix it! The new user interface is quite frankly terrible. My job is now even more of a chore trying to fill in VHC'S on this glitch ridden, hard to navigate piece of S**t. As if I didn't already have enough to do!

Poor user interface and very unreliable. Have to uninstal and reinstal everytime I load it. If I wasn't forced to use it for work it'll be permanently uninstalled. I would have thought snap on would have sorted this out by now

Absolutely awful app, I would give 0 stars if possible, and if I didn't need it for work I would happily delete it and forget it for ever. It's slow, badly designed and about as intuitive as a potato. Avoid if possible
