Tickets purchased but app says no purchase made. Worse than that though, I had to set my country to USA to provide my phone number, but even after telling the app that I am in the USA, when trying to enter my address info, the app INSISTS that I live in Baku, wherever that is, and refuses to allow me to change my country so I'm unable to enter my address!!! App being removed from my phone now!!!

This update is bogus. Application crashes at launch. Development budget is clearly not well spent and testing is not a part of it. Uninstalling. This is in addition to periodic glitches with ticket purchases

No change option, no replace option, no return option. Very bad support! They don't know the way to solve the problems. I advise to but tickets from ticket offices due to online app problems!
