I have no problems with the ease of accessibility, pricing, video quality & show catalog. The only issue I have is in regards to cancelation. My God. It's terrible. I'm still trying to figure it out. App store points me to the browser -> browser points me to the app -> app points me to the app store. It's a never ending circle of inconvenience & annoyance. Just pirate at this point. 1 star because I feel like it.

Update. The last few updates have left me trying to find what I like even harder. Feels like you're trying to over write the way your app works / runs and it's causing a lot of crashes / freezes / lagg Update 11/2024 Offline viewing doesn't work unless I have signal or wifi.. why?? The downloads no matter which ones will repeatedly restart at different random spots after 2 or 30 seconds of playing. Down to 2 stars and I switched to Hi Dive.

I like it but their are a few things that need improvement 1. I get locked out because it thinks I'm streaming somewhere else every single time I reboot my TV. incredibly frustrating. waiting like 10 minutes solves it. 2. fast forward options arent intuitive. Netflix has perfected fast forward actions just copy them. 3. please give me a away to remove things from continue watching. if I start a show and don't like it, I don't want to see it until the sun death of the universe

The app has fallen appart. Constant glitches and shuts off. Also the commercials don't load or lockup messing up the viewing. Then you have to shut it off and reopen, then rewatch more ads to get your show going again. I have had free viewing, paid and back to free again. This app is horrible compared to earlier in the year. Also forget about the search bar. It has very little search ability, unless you don't mind subtitles and languages you don't speak or only a few genres as options.

Gonna be honest, this feels like the most premier service for watching anime. But the app itself is very under wealming. There's a lot of instances where tapping titles, logos, and icons doesn't take me where I expect it to or actually do anything. Followed by typical failures to cast/stream on most updates. Glad I have a place to easily view titles, disappointed that watching them is less than easy while also having a cost.

Literally one of the worst streaming services I've ever dealt with! Crunchyroll was usable at one point but it seems like every update the app just gets worse and worse and for how often it crashes my phone I should not be paying as much as I am for a subscription if any at all! I can't even watch it on my PS5 without me having to restart the app and go back into it and even then half the time it still doesn't want to work. THIS APP NEEDS TO BE FIXED RIGHT NOW!

The replacement of just updated with new is a nightmare. With just updated, you go to the series and see what's updated. But with the changes, it auto plays, and you end up getting something like German or French dubbed, and then you lose your progress if it is something you already watched. This was a horrible change. Sure, it's nice to know when the release was, but not indicating exactly what it is makes the auto play a stupid decision. Also, it disappears in a day or 2.

I prefer the mobile app over using the ps4 because the rewind/fastforward controls are easily accessible. Otherwise I have to cast for the same UI. App is constantly buffering when skipping ahead or backward and in general. Another issue is that there is no skip intro button or skip recap.
