Overall a good app with some good to shows to watch and having the option download episodes for offline watching. I love the fact that you can adjust the autoplay from the app. When tapping on the download completed notification it takes you straight to the downloads section of the app where all your downloads are stored. But when tapping the home page tab, it seems to be stuck on the download section and won't load the homepage content. This suggests there is a bug that needs fixing.

Since the update the app crashes constantly. When I'm watching a programme it freezes every ten minutes or so then a message saying "something has gone wrong." I have to keep restarting my phone and the programme doesn't go back to where I was. Also when I first access the app I get "no network" or "not available." This is extremely frustrating and needs to be fixed. I don't have problems with other streaming apps.

Its ok, pretty good, except for a couple of things which bug me all the time.. The incessant "Contains strong language" etc content warning dialogue boxes you have to agree to to play so many programmes; I've already told you my age, you have my profile, why keep nannying me this way? It drives me nuts! The other is, there's no option to Play All Episodes. That seems such a simple thing to fix...

This App has been super slick...until recent update. Contantly crashes, or hangs, won't download via WiFi or mobile, hangs with "waiting for "network" or app just won't open, the usual go to's... clear app cache, restart phone, restart router - no avail, last stop uninstall & reinstall...app now opens & downloads, just a glitch ! A lot of gr8 work going on beneath the glossy easy to use surface the end user sees - keep it up

Great app. Works really well every time. The best catch-up app by far! 👌 Edit: please can you change the order of programmes in watchlist, so it shows programmes with the newest episodes at the top, like it used to be before, don't know when new episodes have been added otherwise.

Watching iPlayer has become all but impossible since the change to how recordings through my BT TV box work -- in the past week "recordings" simply direct me to the iPlayer app and then start misbehaving. I'm Trying to watch "Nightsleeper" and have the following problems... 1. iPlayer closes itself down randomly. 2. The 1960's style credits with their boxes and black outlines remain on screen when the program starts 3. I can't skip the trailers or the recap - if I try, the screen goes blank.

Tried to log in to my account with the app, but keep being told the password is wrong, can log in to website, but not the app. Have reset the password, website fine, not the app. I've uninstalled the app & reinstalled it, but get the same error message. I'm using the correct password for both. Please resolve thank you.

Even watching live news has become very difficult with all the constant buffering and freeazing. the program constantly crashing out, i keep trying re start watching live news, but program buff, freeze up and crashes out again. I just can't watch anything these days.
