Can see my electricity data from my digital meter but after recently also having a new digital gas meter installed neither the app or Luminus website allows me to add it to the app to see my gas usage. I emailed support a week ago but got no response. Edit: was fixed after contacting support. Still can't see expected cost for gas.

Longer than expected setup proces. Currently calendar is stuck at the date at which my request to use the app was approved (a week ago) . Simple but effective UI.

Actually zero stars. Very long approval flow requiring webpages, itsme and emails.... And then still nothing working in the app . Desktop application seems the only thing that works. Disaster!

Nothing shows up ! Linked account gave permissions for for electric and gas meters doesnt show anything on the app....

Only 1 day of readings show up, what about the rest? The home page keeps saying I have to complete my profile but I already did a couple of times. How difficult can this be?
