I subscribed to the unlimited delivery option on July 30, and the amount was deducted from my card. However, the Smiles app showed an error, and the support team assured me that the amount would be refunded within three working days. It’s now been almost a month, and despite submitting all required details, including my bank statement, I still haven’t received the refund. I’ve registered four complaints, but each time, the ticket was closed without proper notification.

Their voucher you can't even use it. You won in the spin game, but the voucher you can't use it because the fast food is not available,disappointed. And I tap my phone by mistake, it deducted my smile points, because of the voucher, but I can't be able to use it. At least there is an option that they can return back the points. There is also a limited time to buy to use the voucher, small period of time (15mins.)Bad app, unfortunately.

I've had a consistently disappointing experience with this delivery app. Around 60% of my orders have been delivered incorrectly, either with the wrong items or missing ones. Unfortunately, customer service is equally frustrating. They seem to side with the restaurants rather than addressing customer concerns properly, making it difficult to resolve issues or get refunds. It's disheartening to be a paying customer and feel unheard. I hope they improve their service and star

I have suffered a lot for the past 1 week. All of a sudden my cards disappeared from the App. I placed a food order and added my card. The app showed an error 7 times, yet, my card got charged 7 times. Contacted the slow customer care and they said it will be refunded in u days. No refund till now. The customer care isnt considerate, and are at times rude. They haven't fixed the problem of adding card, hadn't returned my money and when I ask for compensation, they say we dont have qny policy.

Worst app. Not delivering food on time. 80% of time wrong orders. Its been 2 weeks, deduction made for 2 orders without placing the order to the restaurant and havent refunded yet. For every problem, just one solution, 50% off on next order. Useless app, useless customer support, worst.

The worst app, Today, in this app, I have done two transactions. And then, they cut the cash and they didn't give any order. Then, one of the customer service, I contacted, and she said, the bank have issue, change the bank. And I made another one, from a different credit card, different bank. And again, they cut the cash, and they did not give anything. And then, they said, "Maybe we have some issue now, try later."

I placed a food order through Smile, which I canceled immediately. The representative initially said the order couldn’t be canceled.it eventually was. I requested a refund, which should take 5 days, yet since my cancellation on October 26, I haven't received it. I've contacted Smile support multiple times through chat and email and provided my bank statement, but there’s been no response. I've also received more than five calls from Smile, but no action has been taken.

After the latest updat, the app stopped working completely. The app is poorly built. Many crashes. No order status update. Very Very slow. Problems with keyboard use. Grocery order doesn't show the count numbers of the item quantity. On top of that, the worst customer services ever.
