Very bad Experience I add my account without any permission they deduct the money it's 30 day free trial even I didn't any order but they deduct the 30 AED very bad experience

The worst application ever. I have made an order with (Messy Burger Karama) and the order was accepted and money was deducted from my card, I also received confirmation email. 15 minutes later the order was cancelled. I talked to support (Sharom) I didn't have more money on my card and I need the refund to make another order he told me to wait 24 hours. I asked for a voucher of tbe amount instead of refund and then he left the chat. Worst application and customer support ever.

Food won't get delivered on time and customer support is just a waste of time. Don't even deserve 1 star

Very long time for delivery, you can wait up to two hours sometimes,. The most recent incident happened when I placed an order, received a confirmation, however, the restaurant was not available for some reason. Instead of proactively telling me so I could place another order, I found out when I called after 30 minutes. Very unprofessional, unreliable. There are better platforms out there to order from.

Worst application. . my money has been debited twice still my order is not confirmed... Neither anyone from support is answering

I had the app and they automatically deducted money from the saved card and choose auto renewal subscription for monthly membership. I raised the request and it is more than a month and I still didn't get my refund. Disappointing with the customer service.

I ordered from Eateasy. They called me and asked me to pick up the order because they didn't have any riders available. I refused to do so, and the order was cancelled as we had agreed. After that, I had to keep asking them for a refund. Then, they informed me that they had added a voucher to my wallet. I didn't want a voucher; I wanted my money back in my account. Anyway, as I was looking for the voucher, I got logged out and have been unable to log in since then.

its a nicely designed app. easy to use and the way certain sections have been seperated mskes it easy to browse through the restaurants depending on what you are looking for. there are alot of restaurants available which is great and it has all that you need to make a quick order from your phone. only suggestion would be to make the logos of the restaurants bigger so its more eye catching when flipping through .
