In order to make the app work, I had to uninstall it, restart my phone, reinstall the app, and be very careful to not pay with Google wallet, which is the default, but to add an additional credit card. In addition, the app apparently will not work if you are on Wi-Fi, and only works if you are on a cell network. In order to validate this, I need to make a purchase at a local venue which I'm never going to be able to pick up. It's amazing that in 2024 an app this simple can work this poorly.

App crashes as soon as it opens. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I've even restarted my phone but no matter what I've done nothing changes. I can't scroll down or select a restaurant without it freezing or crashing. It's a shame because some of the restaurants on my campus are only accessible via the app.

Probably the most difficult app to use. Doesn't take my log in info usually and when it does it does not take my student card or my debit card saying both that they are incorrect. It does not offer a full menu either many Starbucks drinks are missing. Very disappointed and this app has caused me so much stress. Since I can't get it to work, I have very little time to eat in between classes because I have to order it in person and wait in lines.

Currently, the app is only a black screen. While I'm not crazy about online ordering, it does help when walking across campus to get food. However, with the current issue, the app is unusable in it's current state.

Works great when it works, but there have been times where I set the pickup time for after class is over, but get the notification much earlier, so the 15 minute window is already up, and there's been other times where it won't change the status to ready for pickup so it's stuck in the cubby, and it never being picked up in the first place, so I have to go up to the counter to ask for the bag and other times the app just gets stuck on a grey screen and won't let me do anything. It's frustrating.

This app is a dumpster fire it refuses to take my google pay and I know for a fact that it has nothing to do with my debit card every time I try to place the order it'll load and show me my card I click on my card and then it says error something went wrong please try again and refuses to work fix your pos app

So annoying this app is always logging me out every single time and I have to keep logging in again! Update: it still does this and now it won't even let me integrate my Campus Cards for payment anymore!

It sounds like a wonderful app if the on campus locations set themseleves to open when they were open. They advertise that they use boost however they haven't been open the last two weeks
