Using at the FIU campus and waiting times are too long even when there isn't a lot of people using it. You can't see where you're at in the quene so they can just not pick you up and wait for you to cancel. I remember one time when I made a request, the freebee was right by the store. The guy accepted it, cancelled it, and took off. It happens way more than it should. A change needs to happen.

Freebee is new to Key West and is operated under the name Conch Connect. It's is $2 per rider. I was able to download app, and request a ride no issues. The issue came when the driver eta kept increasing as the car got closer, then on the map the driver started heading further away from me. Eta for a ride started at 25 mins then jumped to 45. I ended up walking instead and made it to my destination in 20mins. System may need some work. I hope to attempt again some day.

The app is user friendly, the drivers are always so kind and helpful. But the wait times express we need more drivers on the roads. I really feel like anything past 30 minutes is excessive to just go not to far for some people. Or maybe get cars the go shorter distances and cars that go longer distances if possible. I'm sure they are coming together to strategically make the app better. I would hope!

The drivers are kind, however, the app is very bad. It disconnects you from the driver and you are left hanging and waiting. You have to at a point cancel the trip and start over. It has happened so often that I had to write about it. It is a shame that when people who do not have access to a car have to struggle extra when their city intends so well by offering a free service. I believe that messages like this one should be heard and the issues resolved.

Downloaded app. Can't get an account. Keeps telling me my email is not valid. Uninstalled tried again. Same issue. Had to use phone number. Defeated the purpose of real app driven microtransit service. Long delay. Really wanted it to be a great experience... a car-free way to get around. Hope my experience was one off.

If the service itself were bad, and if Google permitted, I would give this app zero stars. When I replaced my phone, I could not access the app. I have tried uninstalling, unsubscribing...nothing. I have attempted many times to change passwords. Nothing. Nothing. NOTHING. If you can't help me start again, I don't know what else to do or say.

This app sucks. When it's not busy, it's usable, but otherwise, it won't connect you with a driver and will just keep saying "due to high demand, you may experience some delays" for hours. On top of that, it does not give you an ETA of your driver in the very rare instance that you get one.

The conch Connect is a joke. You book a ride and it says driver will arrive in 5 minutes. Then it changes to 35 minutes. The times are so inaccurate it's extremely difficult to book. We waited 1.5 hours. Driver was one block away and said arrive in 1 min. Then the driver just drove away on the map and the time kept updating saying 5 min, 10 min, then back to 30 minutes. Great price, horrible service and app.
