I like Taco Time the restaurants, but the app really messed things up. It started with those gift cards they sold during the holidays last year whose balances can't be carried over to the new app, and that don't work so you have to contact customer service. The next issue is when the purchases lead to filling up the cactus toward a reward, and not getting one at all in the app. Guess what? I'll be contacting customer service again, asking where my reward item is ... Who are these developers?

2 clicks to add an item as is can't cancel order without calling guest services, but they won't answer or call back, so don't bother may randomly cancel orders but app won't push a notification when it happens - checking order status directly is only way to find out will ask about condiments but only one choice is allowed before going to checkout will forget hot sauce, anyway... all of these are examples from several orders. my housemates are willing to endure the uncertainty, but I'm not.

The menu UI is cluttered, but it provides all the customization options that I want. However, there's an annoying bug during checkout: the Tip > Other text box doesn't work, so you can't tip a custom amount (i.e., more than 15%). If you try to enter a different amount in the Other box, then the total doesn't update, and you'll actually give no tip at all when you complete a purchase. Fix this anti-worker bug!

First time using it: Good 1) order was processed correctly 2) loyalty reward/redemption is easier to understand Bad 1) It's ugly 2) The selection UI is not intuitive 3) loyalty points aren't earned as quickly went from 33% to 23% for next reward Overall, it performs the action I need but don't love the multiple steps required to select an item and then add to cart. Also, it's not clear if I can make an order at one location and another location in the same transaction.

Not usable! The negative reviews about this app are true! I download this application yesterday, and it keeps freezing and closing while I am exploring the app. I clicked on delivery, and could progress no further. I also cannot go back the change to Pick- up. It is now useless, as it will not allow me to see the menu or schedule a pickup or delivery. This is not time saving or convenient- which is what I would expect from an app like this.

Love this app!! I love how I'm able to order ahead and still be able to customize my order. A couple things that I would like to see added is the option to place a topping/sauce/item on the side and when paying given the option to save your reward or use it for your current transaction. Other than that its great. It also comes in handy when you want to know what is on an item before you get to the counter to order.

So, love Taco Time. Gave the app a try. Super clean and efficient. But one issue: I double ordered by trying to add on the drink I forgot in the first order. The app makes it look like you can edit the order because even after closing out and going back and selecting Add New Order it takes you to the screen that includes the original order so you think you're adding to it. I spent double.

Love this app. Set your favorite customizations and never forget to mention them when walking in. They are waiting there in the app if you would like to order again. Food is usually ready for pickup when I arrive. Would double check your order before leaving ... but would do that even as a walk in. Love the sports team tie-ins..... Freebies throughout the season. Also, a free menu item for every $100 we would have spent anyway. Great chain! Great App!
