From one of the best apps for food delivery to one of the worst now, more than half of the restaurants can't deliver to my location in the start, they said less than 15 km now it seems that even less than 15km. Before the best and the most important thing for the app is how even further restaurants can deliver with this new policy, it's getting worse 👎🏻👎🏻

UI is very bad to the point of not wanting to use the app. Text is tiny. Can't put special requests for meals. A lot od duplicate meals (proof of lack of quality control). There's no dark mode.

The Best app for delivery! Love it! I always order from it and I like it and they are nice and there isn't even one problem. Whenether I get money I order from this app they have coupons and much more! This app is amazing, thanks for reading.

Worst food delivery app ever. After more than 1:30 hour of waiting. They just canceled the order and refund without any reason or even a clarify it, Prime membership is a waste of money since 90% of markets not included in it.

Worst Delivery App. Tried re-downloading it a few times. Our tea boy at work took someone's order by mistake and there was no contact for the person that ordered so I downloaded the app again and still couldn't contact anyone from jahez either. Do better.

Absolutely love the suspense this app adds to my food delivery experience! Who needs a 'house number' field when you can enjoy a thrilling WhatsApp conversation with the rider every time? It's like a scavenger hunt for my dinner. 5 stars for creativity, 0 stars for practicality

This app is a robbery scam. The Popeye's menu prices are insane. The delivery says free, but the charges? The price for a 15pcs tenders meal is 79 riyals at the store. In this app, it's 99 riyals! What are you charging for? Listing something as free and then charging a markup of 25% of the price of the food items is ILLEGAL

What's the point of having a prime membership when I can't order because of "high demand"? On top of that, the app changes locations by itself, and it logs out of my account. The drivers can't see my address through the app, so every time I order, they ask me to give them my house number. The good thing about Jahez is the low delivery charge compared to other apps. Plus, customer support is great.
