Our attempt to scan all ten fingers through the Saudi app has repeatedly failed. Despite trying at least ten times, we couldn't complete the process, which is extremely frustrating. We used both Wi-Fi and Grameen 4G networks, but success eluded us. It now seems that we may have to rely on agents for assistance. This lengthy process has become time-consuming and disappointing for us. In this age of advanced technology, such complications are unexpected.

I already finished scanning all my fingers, but then this app asked me to scan them again! I’ve had to go through this process over and over. On top of that, they keep asking us to verify our email repeatedly. Seriously, do some proper maintenance or updates to make it easier for users to navigate this app! People are frustrated. Some have been trying to complete the process for days, yet they still can’t because the app keeps failing to detect their fingerprints. This is unacceptable. Fix it!

Incredibly frustrating experience. I've tried scanning my mother's fingerprint more than 30 times, but it doesn’t work.For the past three days, trying every possible method, switching from WiFi to mobile networks, using a plain or dark background but nothing works.Almost all phones now have touch sensors, the current process should be replaced with a reliable touch sensor option. Honestly, my 1-star rating doesn’t reflect how disappointing this app is. If I could, I would rate it -1000.

After countless attempts with different phones and emails, my mom was finally able to complete the visa biometric process. It’s so exhausting to go through a trial and error approach like an idiot. To the developers, please, I’m begging you to perform maintenance or make changes to the app so users can navigate it without unnecessary hassle. It’s ridiculous to face these kinds of problems in 2024, especially when we have advanced technology and an educated society.

Worst software I have ever seen! When I complete my face detection, the biometric option is not working and not showing the camera also. It is showing black screen. Worst developers with no programming skills! Why they didn't keep another option for biometric scanning by device? Hajj software should not be like this. Very much disappointing.

After verifying email showing"Something went wrong"! no phone or internet issue after tried several times this message showed up nowhere very frustrating, requesting the app developer or the authority to fix this issue ASAP. Thanks in advance!

The worst app. The app can't do fingerprint scanning at all. Tried so many times but it still doesn't work. You should provide other option. Why do you even build this kind of app just to make people stressed out at the end? Please improve. This app is testing my patience soooooo badly.

Not working propperly. Tried many times to enroll but failed. Now the server is totally down from yesterday. Very bad experience with this app. It's very important app, millions of people tried to enrole but I think the capacity of the server is limited so it’s crushed again and again that causes inconvenience to the visa applications. The Authority should take proper action in otder to solve the problem immediately.
