Genuinely a great app, even without the paid features. it's been great to have a regular check in, and a few of the exercises have helped me when I was at particularly low points. I really like it. This is probably the only app I allow to send notifications on a recurring basis, because I find it useful to have a quick check in to self reflect. I highly recommend it.

I've only tried this for a little while and find it helpful as a guided reframing tool but I would like like it to probe deeper into issues instead of just offering a reframing session. If you've had therapy before you can predict what it's going to try get you to do. Reframing is useful to help you feel better but it doesn't necessarily help you unpack deeper issues. I would like it probe a bit deeper or ask if it needs to cast a wider net on the context of the situation

Good app for the occasional worry and anxious situation. However the free version has very limited options and the AI doesn't really react like a human would so you have to simplify your conversation a lot. I appreciate the app and the help, but be aware that the free version doesn't replace a friend or therapist.

I usually don't write reviews, but I had to. Wysa has helped me with everything from stress to sleep. The robot you can talk to works almost flawlessly and is so cute and helpful. There are stories, breathing exercises, meditations, videos, etc. Wysa is personalised (no personal information required tho), everything is included. From depression to stress to trauma to name a few. It's for everyone struggling with anything. I also want to thank everyone who worked/works on wysa. Y'all are amazing♡

Sometimes the AI is a bit buggy e.g. I told it to take #1 from the thought organisation list and it repeatedly took #2 or suddenly didn't remember I ever wrote down a second thought. Other than that, I love the game of 20 questions about emotions the AI plays with you and there are several very good techniques and exercises in there that really help! I don't have the premium version, but that doesn't matter so much to me since this app is really useful even without it.

This app doesn't work on my phone (honor 5x). In the chat I can answer once. After that the text box to answer wysa is gone. If I restart the app I can answer once and the same problem occurs. Couldn't find anything on the internet about bugs or any advice how to solve this problem. My phone is fully updated as well. I would love to try the app. Please help!

Initial impression: the free version to be able to chat with the bot is great for me who is introspective, but like to talk through the tougher challenges. Helps that a bot is always available. So far, it bias towards thinking of positivity and understanding. All Values I want to have more in conversations that I don't want to pay for or bog my human relationships.

The app has potential. However, to fully use the app a subscription is required. Only one exercise is available without a subscription. The app can be a little aggressive with promoting subscriptions as well. You get notifications selling subscription, a prominent advert for them on the home page, as well as the AI coach suggesting exercises you don't have access to. Unless you can afford an expensive subscription, the app has limited use.
