É uma vergonha forçar a instalação de um App para controlar acesso aos ingressos, com a desculpa de que é o método mais seguro. Mais seguro para quem? Se eu compro a entrada para duas pessoas de idade e q tem dificuldades para usar Smartphone, como fazer? É um desrespeito ao consumidor. Simples assim.
