The app doesn't save log in information, it's hard to navigate, and a majority of my health records aren't even available to view. Just a bit of blood work. And that's it. It's not really worth it to use this app. And with the new update you have to "wait in line" to view your records. That's absolutely stupid as hell.

This used to be great, I could check my results easily and quickly. Now it's an endless loop of signing in and not being allowed access to anything. I have to verify my account to access my records but, when I try to verify, it tells me that's already done. But it still won't allow me to access my records. It lets me create a password but, when I try to enter it, it doesn't recognize it, just keeps asking for my password. App is now completely useless. Way to ruin something else Danielle.

I just had a major surgery laying in bed, and wanted to check out my recent MRI scans and information Through my records. I have previously signed in before with my drivers license, I try the same way to authorize to login and it says the drivers license expires in 40 days and to go to the registry to renew and denies me entry to my health records? With a valid Drivers license, and no help on call. Just stunned.I don't see the correlation of denying access, its common sense. This app is garbage

Sign in successful... Taken to an error screen. Hit back button, you don't go back to sign in, you reset the app completely. Hit a link and go to the wrong page, so you want to back up, it takes you back to the start again. What a piece of garbage app.

Very little chance you'll be able to log in. Google sign-in doesn't work anymore. Doesn't show any recent lab results or diagnostic reports. Multiple errors. Having a working app is the bare minimum, and this can't even be that.

When I try opening the app on my mobile phone, it kept forcing me to Google Play to update the latest version. I did it finally today and am blocked from accessing the app on my cell phone. Attached is the screenshot of the error that pops up. Steps to replicate error: Step 1: click on app on Android phone which leads you to MyHealth Disclosure homepage Step 2: click "Get Started" on My Health Disclosure landing page Works fine on a desktop when accessing through a browser.

I used to be able to sign in no problem and view my health records, but now I have problems signing in. No matter how many times i retry signing in, it instantly redirects me to an error page indicating "bad request - request took too long" or "bad request - header field too long". Also, not all the immunizations i recieved show up in this app.

this continues to be a frustrating app. sometimes it works. but when it stops working it appears you can't get it to work again. you get stuck in a "verify you account" loop that has no end. and there doesn't appear to be anyone to contact.
