Couldn't make a new account as it requires you to have a billing number, which I did not receive when ordering my set up kit, yet you need to set up My Account before it arrives. Had to call to get them to make me a temp password, and when I try to change the password in the app, it says current password is invalid, even though I just used it to log in. And any password reset links they send me are broken and lead to a web page that won't load

Apo is useless garbage. No samsung pass or any other auto-fill option comes up. And im not going to grab my card everytime because this company is to incompetent to design their stuff properly. Uninstalled, Switched companies.---------- Edit: They are very much no compatabile, there is even a disclaimer above the payment section that states "Enter card details manually, Auto-fill features will not work" and they dont. So dont tell me theyre compatable when you designed them not to be.

When the app opens, an ad appears to tell a friend and save $50 each. This freezes the app, and you can't do anything. You have to close the app and start again, but it doesn't always clear the problem.

Ive had nothing but trouble with Cogeco from Day 1 and now Ive changed my password twice and still cant get into my bill. Shoulda stayed with Bell

This app sucks. I have tried paying my bill over and over but it never works. Definitely switching companies soon, what a brutal experience Cogeco has been between the radio silence you get when you ask for a call back, the awful chat bot, and the terrible app, this company actually SUCKS.

Sucks having the worst time trying to pay my bills always comes back error... never remembers my log in I'm continuously having to change it as well My wifi sucks hardly any reception in the back of my house and it's not a big home and I'm always resetting my wifi
