i especially enjoy how the app restarts every time i touch it, and that i have to restart my phone 3 or 4 times a shift because the app locks it up when i try restarting the app. Also it's amazing that the job ticket # is displayed on EVERY page, except the one page that i have to type it into. Imagine if the job that i actually have open, could auto fill that info! I know, crazy right?

First off I have to say this app is extremely easy to navigate and very user friendly for anyone to learn with ease. It is a great tool for monitoring ways for your business to be more efficient and easily finding ways to save clients cost savings. This app can also be molded to fit the needs of each individual company. Overall amazing experience using the app and we would recommend this to anyone needing such an app to manage their company.

Occaisional bug yet and uses a fair bit of phone battery but all around a solid app, easy to use and very convenient. Makes my day easier when it comes to keeping track of my work and will be even better once we're full paperless. Continued steady improvements to the program since Ive started using.

Pretty tidy, but it sure seems like there are a lot more steps to submit an ENGH than the web app that this replaces. Hoping to see some future UI streamlining to make things flow more.

It drains my phone, constantly having issues with it, always showing other units messages. If I wasn't forced to have it for work I wouldn't. Not recommended by me. Must be an easier way to get a dispatch than this headache

I was hopeful for this app and it has done nothing but disappoint It is So hard on battery as well as using up my data 24/7 This morning I woke up at 7 to a text saying I have work I got to the shop got the truck ready put the truck in gear to head out and the job disappeared from my job list.. job was cancelled with no notification or anything if I had not looked at the app before I left I would have driven a 2 hr round trip for nothing

I have to delete the app to stop receiving the messages. They still come through even after logging out. Will take your phone battery from full to empty before a work day is over even as the only active app during a day
