Using your Network access permissions, the MyRogers (Shaw) app will:
• View connection information and see available Wi-Fi connections to enable the app to connect to the Wi-Fi network;
• Detect the network state, read the device status, detect running apps, view app history and identity to implement network preference.
Using your Photo/Media/Files and Storage permissions, the MyRogers (Shaw) app will:
• Enable you to view a PDF of your bill
• Test access to protected storage for the purpose of facilitating user data retrieval and use of content for registered devices to facilitate technical assistance should network access be denied and to increase the application productivity.
Using the Prevent Device from Sleeping permission, the MyRogers (Shaw) app will:
• Enable push notifications used during Support Chats

I want to rate a 0. the usability of the Chat support function is awful. it constantly scrolls back up to the top of the chat, sometimes you can see the text you are typing then you can't. it crashed twice saying there is a bug and now the last few messages at the end of my chat are missing and it is not giving me the options to send me a transcript of the conversation. not surprising as Roger's is an awful company and since the take over, my "shaw" customer experience has declined a lot

Worst app ever every time you use the thing it has to update. Put your finger paint in and you try to use it but still need that password. Complete pain to us. Still awful! Now it loads but... No other pages on the app load, It won't remember a new card. I don't recommend. I don't believe they are doing anything to fix problems

Does anyone else have problems with this app? Loading "circle" just spins and spins when loading first and often the second time. You have to close the app then open it again then finally your account loads to let you in to do what you need to do. It's been like that even since Rogers took over.

For some reason, this app and this app only, won't load worth a damn. Click to open it and walk away for 10mins while it spins. Every other app is instant. This one for whatever reason just loads and loads and loads. Exhausting

Worst billing I've ever encountered. It's so confusing it's not rocket science but they can't get it . Ìm disabled and my ability to pay the bill by the date doesn't always work I may be a few days late that's on me the most current bill this time shows my payment but appears to be adding another extra month charge. So here I go again hrs on phone to correct. . Dont use Shaw. Well time has past and they still think the same maybe just maybe...... nope nothing changed.. wished to much.

takes for ever to load my account unless I uninstall and reinstall every time, I have a s24 ultra so it's not old. I also noticed I have less options then when it was just shaw without rogers. eg. resetting the model remotely

This is the worst app if you're a customer trying to reduce services. They go out of their way to make it as difficult as possible. When you contact them and request the reduction, they simply send you a link to their app which is friendly only to Roger's. Let's also mention the increase in box rentals, very sneaky, and a complete money grab. The takeover of Shaw should have never been granted! F U Roger's!

Isn't the whole point of login and password to authenticate the account holder, so when I need to chat through the app I wouldn't have to fill out all the information about me? Yet, this app still acts like I'm not logged in and asks for: First and Last Name, Email Address, Phone number, Account Holder Name, Service Address, Postal Code, PIN/Passphrase. It's like the app is designed to annoy and discourage clients from reaching support.
