It is a difficult platform to get straight basic general direction on how and what to prep for various forms of waste streams. A basic one page pictograph would be far superior. Great for answering for specific types of materials if you are lucky enough to call materials by the same name as the site utilizes, and interpret the actions recommended correctly.

Keeps telling me me it's no longer supported and to update. There are no updates. Probably doesn't like the latest Android version. Still works but always gives that message

I like this app because it provides weekly reminders. One less thing I to have to remember. Also, if you aren't sure what can be recycled and what the eco station accepts you can easily look it up.

Pretty good, but it would be nice if the search function was a little bit better. There are quite a few items I still have no idea which garbage they are meant to go in. But if the search had more items that would be really helpful

Very useful app. It is a quick reference to what can go in the different waste bins or if it cannot, it will give you resources on how to dispose of the waste. There is also a cute game to test yourself on waste organizing.

Needs more and better links to info. Eg., when a special pickup is scheduled for a garbage day, it takes too much time to find out anything about the details. But it is a helpful ap.

No longer receiving notifications on two different devices. And yes, we tried the instructions if not receiving notifications within the app.

Pretty good app. Weekly reminders and the ability to look up how to sort specific items are really handy.
