The app is constantly down. If they update the app, there is no email or notification. If you want someone consistent, stable, and communicative that you can trust, that will keep your btc secure, I can tell you this company is probably not it. You will always be worried about losing your btc. I can tell you this has never gotten better over years of dealing with them.

The good: rapid resolution of app error that prevented password resets. The bad: new error won't let me login on app but can login online. Conclusion: why should I trust a company that can't release functional software with a digital coin? I like the business model in theory but have had repeat issues with basic function of app.

This really is a great product. Set up is noob proof and fully protects Bitcoin with cold storage multisig. There is only one thing I would request -could you please have an option in the settings to have Bitcoin denominated in people's native currencies? I live in the UK and would prefer to see my balance in pounds and not dollars!

I was using an unused android phone to keep casa wallet at home off primary phone Incase phone is stolen. AFTER updates I can no longer access casa on older phone i have used for last couple years. This is terrible.

Why are this app asking for my phone's lock password, why notb just ask for casa account password? Possible case of scam and abuse. I didn't enter my phone password, so I couldn't access the program after the initial set up. Very disappointing.
