Great app to manage CPU usage, only downside of course, is having to root your phone. But that out of the way, i can easily underclock, and dial my CPU.

Now THAT'S an app worth having. Slick interface, and does what it's supposed to do. Eh, I found one small bug... when you press the "SDCard" tab, it asks for permissions, but if you don't want to grant it those permissions, it doesn't gracefully take you back to the first tab or show the SD Card tab 'greyed out', it just keeps popping up the permissions dialog box! And if you shut the app down, then restart it, it goes right back to the SD Card tab, and pops up the permissions dialog box!

Most of the gov CPU controls aren't selectable & greyed out. Doesn't even let me know if root access is denied nor do I know how to bypass that

3C makes great apps! This app keeps the settings the way they're set and the frequency read out correct and in the right place unlike Franco kernel manager that has glitchy telemetry data. I encourage everybody to download 3C apps because it'll make your phone run smoother than a baby's butt if you know what you're doing and read instructions.

Works perfectly with my Xiaomi Mi 9 Snapdragon 855 phone. I had trouble getting some games to run at a consistent 60 FPS. But since rooting my phone and installing this app, the same games now run at a consistent 60 FPS. EDIT: Fantastic update. I can now control the power mode of the individual CPU's. Excellent work by the developer. A+++

Best App And Beautiful UI, Keep It Up, MY CPU Online Core Have Problems, Its Always Automatically Offline Core Even I Turn It On Many Times (Maybe Throttling). Pls Put Features In This App "Force All Online Core Running" If The Online Core Going Offline Automatically It Will Go Back To Online And Make It Doesnt Automatically Go Offline Core If Can

It allowed me to set schedulers and clock speeds; but the clock speeds are capped. Most critically, it lacks the voltage adjustment feature shown in the preview image; which is the reason I'm giving 3 stars.
