The interface looks like it's from 2008, but the biggest problem I have with it is their matching system. I recommend devs to change it to where you get matched automatically to a player of a certain rank instead of having to do it manually, or be able to put a filter on challenges that other people initiate. It'd just be so much easier. At this point, the user experience SUCKS, like come on, it's 2020, stop doing things like it's 2008.

The analysis tools are really subpar compared to other apps, not even showing the best lines after the game. The 'mistake preventer' tells someone when they makes a blunder and can allow for someone (for example) to realise they've missed a tactic and then play it on the next move, essentially giving the person who blunders an advantage. Knowing a move is bad is useless if you aren't able to run lines and see what the better move would have been
No Body
The game takes forever to find an opponent the pay out isn't even or fair, no matter what you bet winnings never double the amount you bet. The spin feature is a joke! Regardless of watching commercials or betting with your own coins never will you ever win big, only a few coins here and there and the winnings are far and few in-between. I've been playing this game for yrs and because of that I rate it a 2. And now deleteing for a better chess game to play, or at least one that's fair!

If not for the super sketchy coin system, this would be a decent app, but betting 100 coins and getting 50 profit is ridiculous. Basically, the game takes 1/4 of each bet every game to try and force to either spend even more on the roulette, or to pay real money for in-game coins. Then if you run out, you either have to watch ads until your brain has fried up or keep winning an every of 2 out of 3 games to actually build up coins. Fix your rigged system.

It is a very creative chess game owning its community, enabling players to play with ease from a distance, with acceptable chatting space. However there are few improvements that could make this game perfect; 1. Fix bugs to foster stability 2. Redesign the interface to look more modern 3. Enable Sign in with Google option 4. Enable notifications, so that player can be notified when he/she has a message or challenge and not in the app I believe these improvements will help the game hit the top

There are some flaws which I have experienced. 1. The timer is not correct, it passes time of one player fast ⚡than another. 2. Gets offline during game. Cosequenly we lose the game. 3. If you don't have gold, you cannot ✋⛔🚫 play. 4. If you free spin, first time you'll get gold. After that you will lose in every spin. 5. It may give extra benefits to paid (VIP) members in timer, connectivity maybe in gold🏆🌟 etc.

There is a feature called "mistake preventer". Whenever you make a move that the app doesn't agree with, "mistake preventer" will appear on your phone screen. It gets very annoying..and actually hinders the flow of the game.. This app would be a potential five stars without "mistake preventer"

The hell is wrong with your game? It keeps putting my pieces in jeopardy without any prompting. Like, I'll wanna move my Queen one space to the left, and instead it moves across the board right into the enemy Queen's line of sight. This is happening a lot lately and I've been struggling for wins. Either fix it or it take the app down.
