Terrible. I went to delete 1 appointment but it glitched and deleted another one and now I have to wait 2 more months to see a doctor!!!! What type of system doesn't let me re-book the appointment that I accidentally canceled? I know it isn't booked... 0/5

The new app is a great example of mistaking UX for just UI, or 'making things pretty'. It's definitely aesthetically pleasing and aligns to current visual design trends, but falls short on basic UX principles. For example, it launched several months ago and I've been using it frequently - why do I still get the announcement speedbump at the beginning about the new app, that I have to close to get to the actual app? surely you log my visits and can drop that redundant screen after 3 sessions? Also the navigation in the app is confusing. Test referrals aren't organized chronologically, it is not clear that to ask things from my clinic I need to go into the 'my doctor' section - there should be a CTA for doing that explicitly - the categories in the menu aren't clear and there's no quick access to the top/common actions from the side menu, you have to tap through back to the home screen no matter how many screens deep you're in. And if the app cared to have a visible feedback or bug report form of any kind, this feedback wouldn't have to go into it's public Play store review...

The new application design is next to unusable. There is no consistent way to locate a common options. Sometimes these options are missing, and it is not possible to find them at all. There is no apparent logic in the arrangement of the information. Basic convenience instruments are missing - for example, there is no possibility to open a new request when you're viewing the list of old ones. Personally I see zero improvement and a lot of extra pain.

The new interface looks nicer, but it's a mess. It took me a while to find options like contacting my doctor or clinic - why on earth is it not in the pullout menu? And now, when sending messages to the clinic/doctor, you have to guess the subject of the message first. That's just horrible UX design. And it's still a wrapper around a webapp.

After a far too long signup process, my first attempt to log in to the actual app failed despite me using the correct password, user code, and ID number. I had to change my password just to be able to access my account, only for it to freeze, show an error code, and force me to close and re-open it in order to use the app, only for it to once again block me despite using the correct credentials *again* How can I use your app if I have to reset my password every time I want ro log in?

The UI is awful for finding what you need. Some of the links lead to broken URLs No ability to filter doctors when setting up appointment in any way. And some options (like ordering a the document to fill to make clalit pay for the insured stuff) is giving me error for 7 days straight Support is telling me "its a you problem" and hangs up If i weren't forced to be a clalit costumer you wouldn't find me touching this app with a 5 meter pole And if i could award it with less than 1 star i would

Extremely inconvenient app. there is no general search, when you press the back button in the doctors tab, you are thrown to the main page, and not to the previous tab. Push buttons don't always work. developers seem to be paid little, since such an unfinished application was made.

this new app is not useful. cannot check my record om clalit and even the language no translation of english. everytime i open i need to capture using google translate to understand what is written. the old version is morw better even no english but easy to access to check all your medical file and clinic activity.
