The Dallmayr Pay App offers you virtual cards for Dallmayr Pay card readers of the latest generation (V6) on your smartphone.
The virtual cards can be used in the same way as real Dallmayr cards and key fobs. In addition, the app offers you further advantages, such as the display of the current balance and a transaction history.

This is a really bad app. 1. The process to load money on the card is not reliable. The switch to the Twint app did not work and when I entered the transaction number manually, the money was booked from Twint but never loaded on the payment card. 2. It is not possible to transfer money to a new phone. Other apps generate a QR-code for example to copy the data over to a new phone but this app keeps the information locally on the phone and has no mechanism implemented for a transfer.

Non responsive to support Tickets. The machine took money and didn't provide the product. OK, it can happen. But what shouldn't happen is not replying to support tickets after more than a week. I wouldn't recommend. I even don't know why we use it in our company.
