9/23 _ I already contacted you guys via email about this and did not get feedback. doing something to fix the annoying stars notification would be great Please remove the *gift* stars or make them optional. realize you are not making us an actual gift.instead, you are taking our time having to click on the notifications to delete them. time is precious. i like the app but I am tired of deleting these notices. I will cancel my subscription if a solution is not given. thanks

I loved this app and paid for a subscription to it. Then they removed the timer protection to keep you from changing settings. I reached out to their support, and I was told that feature wasn't available on my device. Well it was there last week. I've cancelled my subscription, uninstalled, and I'm using the Stayfree app now instead.

This works great. It's very effective at keeping me from using social media or YouTube. The one thing that bugs me is that every few hours I get a pop-up, "You've won 10 stars!".... Like, why do I care about the stars, stop with the notifications. That I can see there is no way to turn this off. What a pain. Especially when it's password protected and the notification just takes me to a blocked screen...

Though it actually found seemingly all of the infiltrators, all I did was tell me not to go there. Popping up a warning window. Backing up to the previous screen, only left me with the same endless loop. Do not want to have to close spammers. What is the point of a block, if one still must close the window? Now dissappeared, and had to reinstall. Is this really that hard? Maybe it is, no recommendation at this point...

Good for it's primary function. However the app constantly promotes subscription, and once purchased, has now switched to pop ups asking to refer or send app links. Subscription strangely does include PC chrome extension, that's a separate purchase. Also, schedule is a great feature, but does not include advanced features, such as multiple times, or inverse white listed periods. Reward system for focus mode would be great if they incorporated tiers or levels to gamify it, and made it prominent.

I'm giving out a second review and maintaining my 3* status. Even with uninstall prevention and a password lock, one could very easily type in the password as needed. It even features an automatic reset in the event of a total password loss. Not good. While this may be good for "distractions", a dedicated person could find multiple ways to bypass the blocking methods. A previous solution I stated, random alphanumeric characters on unlock request, would substantially help this app. Add it.

It does its job, but not too well, unfortunately. The biggest issue I've run into is setting custom blocked phrases or words. Doing so, even with 'slang' words, would cause nearly all websites to be inaccessible. I don't know if this is a bug or maybe something to do with modern URLs, but certain words cause this issue. Using the umbrella 18+ blocker skips over a concerning number of websites that contain adult content. There are ways around the password/uninstall preventions too.

While it is a great app for avoiding distractions, helps me stay on pace with my responsibilities and keeps me from wasting time, I have one issue. It blocks an app/site for most of the time, but at a certain point it stops blocking and you have to unblock and block once more, frequently. If. Not for this constant issue, I would definitely recommend.
