Update has ruined the app. Whenever I download 1 picture the app crashes and I have to restart. Takes ages just to download a few photos. It also saves 2 of the same photos which is annoying and takes up needless storage space.

The app is very easy to use. As a childminder, I find it very useful and helpful to find resources and update parents on how their children are developing in my setting by sending pictures which you only get by word of mouth from larger nurseries. Application is quite ok, but flimsy. However, support is not that great. Any changes take ages and usual are wrongly done in the first couple of times. Can't mark paid invoices anymore, and there is no patch or update available.

Great app but really hate the fact that it keeps telling me to update all the time while I'm trying to do my work plus I have no space to even update, I cannot delete my bank and bill apps, then I cannot continue my work.

I have to delete the app at least once a week as it automatically goes back to my login and then I cant log in!
