I don't know if each individual employer can have the app layout how they want it, however for my job, whenever I try to login to choose my shifts it comes up with a fail screen, and I have to login on a computer, which essentially renders the app pointless. Like I said, I don't know if that's an issue with my employer individually or the app as a whole.

Hardly ever opens. Click on app 4 out of 5 times it looks like it will open then shuts down.

Got told to download this app by my new employer. Set up the profile, all info was there. Now log back in and the homescreen is completely blank. Tried logging out and logging back in again but still just a blank homescreen. It's day 1 of using it. If it doesn't work on the day I download it I'm not holding out much hope. Next week I'll have to ask my employer to give me alternative communication regarding hours etc.

It takes so long to set up. And it's not nessesary for those have no smart phone. The other options is to call then to sign in and Struggling to do, Need to quickly pressing what next they say. Bec. it well suddenly off. The phone number it's not free call like 0800 It's better before the supervisor she's the one to sign in phone that shes using from the start.

Performance of app is almost none existant VERY slow cant even type into it as you genuinely cant see anything on the screen while you do in terms of what keys youve pressed. Posts keep unloading and trying to reload. Posts when they DO load can take up to 3 minutes+ to make themselves visible

This App is shockingly bad. Worked OK for the first few days but now every page in it is blank. I'm receiving notifications when things are uploaded on it but there are just pages of nothing when you open the app. Rubbish!!

I had issues with this app after using it for a few years, even then sometimes it doesn't work correctly so i was told to uninstall and reinstall but now it doesn't load at all !!! after contacting engage was told there is an issue with the app and android 🙄????

Design looks nice, but has no need for re-auth after exiting the app, not secure enough so have to log out everytime. cannot find any in app settings to manage notifications so have to do that in system so no granular control Review edit: biometric is possible so gains a star back :) more feedback will be passed through our app manager.
